Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Head of Acquisition.

As the Head of Acquisition, you will be responsible for developing and executing their player acquisition strategy, with a primary focus on the Swiss market. You will lead the acquisition team and work closely with other departments to ensure our growth targets are met. Your role will encompass strategic planning, campaign management, partnership development, and performance analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive acquisition strategies to drive player growth in Switzerland, Turkey and any future markets.
  • Identify and prioritize key acquisition channels, including digital marketing, partnerships, affiliates, and media buys.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the acquisition team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
  • Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and ensure the professional development of team members.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of acquisition campaigns across various channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyse data, and adjust strategies to maximize ROI and player acquisition.
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships to enhance our market presence and reach in Switzerland and Turkey.
  • Utilize data and analytics to measure the effectiveness of acquisition efforts.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on key performance metrics and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in the iGaming sector.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and areas for growth.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • 5 years of experience in a senior acquisition role within fast-paced environment and iGaming industry with a strong emphasis on grey markets.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise online marketing budgets to achieve high ROI.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Existing network and relationships within Switzerland and/or Turkey
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficiency in German, French, or Turkish is a plus.
