Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. They are now growing their CRM department and seeking to hire a CRM Executive.
As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing CRM campaigns aimed at increasing customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value within your market. You will work closely with the CRM and marketing teams to deliver personalized, data-driven campaigns that align with local market trends, preferences, and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, implement, and optimize CRM campaigns to enhance customer retention, engagement, and reactivation for the Belgian market, focusing on Dutch-speaking and Flemish customers.
- Design personalized communication tailored to player preferences, behaviors, and needs, utilizing CRM systems to automate and streamline processes.
- Analyze customer data and campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Use data to adjust strategies for better player engagement.
- Work closely with the marketing, product, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with overall business objectives and regional requirements.
- Stay updated on market trends, customer behavior, and gambling regulations to ensure all campaigns comply with local regulations.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns based on customer segmentation and lifecycle stages, ensuring effective player journeys and experiences.
Requirements
- Native Dutch/Flemish speaker (both written and spoken).
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year experience in a CRM or customer engagement role,
- Strong understanding of CRM tools and platforms, such as Symplify, Salesforce, or similar, with experience in implementing automated campaigns.
- Familiarity with Belgian market dynamics and knowledge of local player behavior and preferences.
- A detail-oriented, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and utilize data to enhance campaign outcomes.
- Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to collaborate across different teams.
- Proficiency in English is a plus; additional language skills in French can be advantageous.
