Sales Agents (French or German speakers)

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic French or German-speaking Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team and act as the key point of contact for their clients. In this pivotal role, you will contribute to maintaining high standards of customer care while driving innovation and growth.

Responsibilities:

• Build and nurture strong relationships with both potential and existing clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with professionalism and empathy.
• Stay well-informed about our product offerings, features, and promotions to effectively present their value.
• Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities within assigned accounts to meet revenue goals.
• Regularly analyze and report on customer data to improve engagement and satisfaction.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a client-facing role, showcasing proven success in customer relations or sales.
• Proficiency in French or German (both written and spoken) is required, along with strong English communication skills. Additional languages are a bonus.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first approach.
• Strong computer skills, including typing proficiency.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
• A proactive and service-driven mindset with a focus on customer engagement.
