Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Head of Acquisition.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Development:

  • Utilise data insights to develop and maintain the companys acquisition strategy across all marketing channels, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
  • Monitor and identify new online marketing trends and tendencies, integrating them into our business and workflows.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee the execution of multi-channel, multi-territory, cross-brand acquisition campaigns from concept to launch.
  • Maximise Return on Ad Spend by conducting continuous creative and landing page optimisation.
  • Champion the campaign-driven creative process by working closely with the design and retention teams.

Budget Management:

  • Manage the online marketing budget and ensure the ROI of all acquisition channels.
  • Track, analyse, and report on all key performance indicators of customer acquisition.

Team Leadership:

  • Lead, mentor, and guide the acquisition team to acquire new customers through a wide range of channels.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Work cross-functionally with the CRM team to consolidate efforts on retention and reactivation, achieving common goals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.

KPI Ownership

  • Registrations, FTDs, Conversion
  • Return on Marketing Investment
  • Return on Ad Spend

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role
  • 5 years of experience in a senior acquisition role within fast-paced environment and iGaming industry
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
  • Experience working in grey markets and an understanding of the marketing landscapes and techniques required to operate competitively in such markets.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise online marketing budgets to achieve high ROI.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
