About the job Head of Acquistion
Our client is a dynamic digital agency looking to expand their marketing team with a talented Head of Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Development:
- Utilise data insights to develop and maintain the companys acquisition strategy across all marketing channels, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
- Monitor and identify new online marketing trends and tendencies, integrating them into our business and workflows.
Campaign Management:
- Oversee the execution of multi-channel, multi-territory, cross-brand acquisition campaigns from concept to launch.
- Maximise Return on Ad Spend by conducting continuous creative and landing page optimisation.
- Champion the campaign-driven creative process by working closely with the design and retention teams.
Budget Management:
- Manage the online marketing budget and ensure the ROI of all acquisition channels.
- Track, analyse, and report on all key performance indicators of customer acquisition.
Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and guide the acquisition team to acquire new customers through a wide range of channels.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture within the team.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work cross-functionally with the CRM team to consolidate efforts on retention and reactivation, achieving common goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliates and partners.
KPI Ownership
- Registrations, FTDs, Conversion
- Return on Marketing Investment
- Return on Ad Spend
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing and Communication or related
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- 5 years of experience in a senior acquisition role within fast-paced environment and iGaming industry
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and strategies, including affiliates, SEO, SEM, paid media, social, and video.
- Experience working in grey markets and an understanding of the marketing landscapes and techniques required to operate competitively in such markets.
- Demonstrated ability to manage and optimise online marketing budgets to achieve high ROI.
- Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
