About the job Affiliate Manager - French Speaker
As the Affiliate Manager, your main goal is to support and/or take over the affiliate marketing efforts of partner operators to develop and execute customer acquisition strategies, driving growth in established and newly launched B2C iGaming businesses. The role implies close collaboration with the brands local affiliate specialists.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the centralized affiliate marketing service, providing guidance and support to local affiliate specialists in different countries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with local affiliate partners across various markets, ensuring effective execution of affiliate marketing strategies.
- Create and implement tailored affiliate marketing strategies for each market, leveraging data analysis and market research.
- Negotiate and manage affiliate contracts, commission structures, and promotional campaigns to drive mutual profitability.
- Analyse affiliate performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize performance and maximize revenue.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt affiliate strategies accordingly for different regions.
- Collaborate closely with local operations teams to align affiliate initiatives with regional business goals and objectives.
- Continuously improve affiliate program processes and procedures for efficiency and scalability across all regions.
- Represent the Company professionally at industry events and conferences to promote the affiliate program and attract new partners.
Requirements
- Proven hands-on experience in Affiliate Management in iGaming with a solid track record of securing, developing, and maintaining strategic partnerships, directly contributing to business growth and profitability.
- Strong leadership skills and experience in building, growing, and managing teams.
- Fluent in French & English languages
- A proactive and strategic mindset that allows for anticipating and solving issues before they escalate.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote and internationally dispersed team, with management experience being a plus.
