About the job French speaking Customer Contact Center
As an Contact Center Agent your job is to provide people with the service they deserve.
Responsibilities:
- To provide customer service regarding the companys products: Voucher for services (TS) and Card (BSD) - (meal vouchers and restaurant tickets) / Electronic vouchers for buying different products (Ecopass, Lunch pass, Sport and Culture pass, Consumption pass, Gift Cards)
- To answer incoming calls and mails about vouchers usage, ordering, reimboursement, exchange:
- Explaining to customers the procedure with expired vouchers.
- Registering and logging into the website - guiding the customers through the log in process, if they struggle
- Change of personal data
- Helping customers to order new cards/vouchers
- To provide information about the legal conditions of vouchers usage
- To solve any possible issues that might arise related to orders, payments, documentation, etc.
Requirements:
- Experience in a similar role liaising with customers via phone and email/chat.
- High School Diploma
- Outgoing and friendly personality, determined during conversations to close deals
- Communicate in French at bilingual or native level and can express yourself well in English both written and spoken
- Self driven and goal oriented
- You are a go-getter who enjoys working in a dynamic working environment
- Able to listen and be empathetic to understand customers needs
- Good working knowledge of computers
- Available to work on shifts
