Our client is a dynamic digital agency seeking to expand their marketing team with a CRM Manager with experience in the Turkish market.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of the Turkish market, driving strategy, execution, and data-driven activations.
  • Stay up-to-date with Turkish trends, hot topics, and media, particularly in football and gaming.
  • Update and manage the Turkish web and mobile platforms, ensuring accurate translations, engaging content, and relevant updates.
  • Plan, execute, and report on quarterly and monthly marketing campaigns for our product verticals (Sport & Casino).
  • Create compelling Turkish copywriting from scratch or adapt existing editorial concepts together with the TR content team.
  • Develop, schedule, and implement CRM campaigns using Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing tools tailored to the Turkish market.
  • Analyze campaign performance to refine strategies and improve engagement and activity.
  • Conceptualize and deliver effective internal and external marketing promotions, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers, customer support, and marketing managers to align campaigns with brand objectives.
  • Maintain the Social Media strategy together with the Social Media team to grow and engage the Turkish audience.
  • Analyze data from Email, SMS, and Tele-Marketing campaigns to optimize future activations.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations to improve engagement and retention strategies.
  • Foster constructive working relationships with team members across departments.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or similar preferred and/or 1+ years experience CRM / Marketing
  • In depth understanding of the Turkish culture and mentality
  • Excellent written Turkish skills
  • Knowledge about the Turkish online market, including trends, audience preferences, and competitive landscape.
  • Experience in dealing face to face with Customers
  • The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced culture and innovative marketing team, but also able to demonstrate an in-depth understanding of core processes and principles.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple projects/tasks of varying complexities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
  • Native speaker Turkish
  • Fluent in written/ spoken English
  • Basic HTML knowledge will be considered a plus
