CFO

An established and fast-growing tech company in the iGaming sector is seeking a strategic and dynamic CFO to lead and enhance their financial operations. This is a key leadership role where you will play a pivotal part in shaping the companys growth trajectory and driving financial excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute the companys financial strategy in alignment with business objectives
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Oversee financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Manage cash flow, risk management, and capital structure optimization
• Spearhead mergers and acquisitions (M&A) initiatives, including due diligence and negotiations
• Provide strategic financial insights to the executive team and stakeholders
• Optimize internal financial processes and reporting systems
• Establish and maintain relationships with banks, auditors, and financial partners
• Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team to achieve departmental and company goals

Requirements:

• Fully qualified ACCA, CPA, or similar qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of proven financial leadership experience in the iGaming industry
• Strong expertise in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), including financial modeling and deal structuring
• Deep understanding of financial regulations and compliance in Malta and international markets
• Exceptional analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong leadership abilities with experience managing and mentoring teams
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment
