Alliance Management Specialist

We are recruiting for a world-leading pharmaceutical group to join its international operations office in Luxembourg.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the business operations related to license agreements, ensuring alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners to drive successful collaboration.

Responsibilities

• License Agreement Management: Oversee and optimize business activities associated with assigned license agreements, ensuring compliance and effective execution.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary contact for internal teams and external partners, facilitating smooth communication and issue resolution.
• Contract Negotiation: Play an active role in negotiating modifications and updates to existing agreements.
• Strategic Implementation: Execute business strategies related to the product portfolio by leveraging analytical skills and industry insights.
• Data Analysis & Decision Support: Analyze large volumes of financial and market data to support strategic decision-making.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with legal, finance, supply chain, and commercial teams to ensure seamless operations.

Requirements;

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian, French, German, or other languages is a plus.
• 5 years in a similar role, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry, with experience in license agreements and project management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Diplomatic mindset with the ability to engage complex corporate structures.
• Proficiency in working with financial data and figures.
• Prior experience in a global environment, with a willingness to travel as needed.
• Adaptability: Ability to manage challenging situations and propose innovative solutions.
