We are currently recruiting an Alliance Management Associate for a world-leading pharmaceutical group to join its international operations office in Luxembourg.

Role Overview

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a portfolio of license agreements, which are at the core of the companys business. This role requires a strong understanding of contract management, business analysis, and cross-functional coordination to ensure compliance and successful execution of agreements.

Responsibilities;

  • License Agreement Management: Develop an in-depth understanding of assigned agreements, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and their timely implementation worldwide.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, including Finance, Legal, and Commercial departments, to oversee agreement performance and execution.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Gather, analyze, and consolidate economic and operational data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a liaison between the company and its external partners, ensuring smooth collaboration.
  • Negotiation & Strategic Leadership (Upon gaining seniority): Participate in the negotiation of agreements and take full ownership of license relationships for assigned product portfolios.

Requirements

  • University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or Law.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Italian, French, German, or other languages is a plus.
  • 23 years in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Experience in license agreements, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry, is an advantage.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, writing, and organizational abilities.
  • Comfort working with figures, economic data, and financial analysis.
  • International Exposure: Previous international experience during studies or career.
  • Adaptability & Innovation: Ability to manage challenging situations and propose innovative solutions.
  • Willingness to Travel when required.
