Our client, and international player within the online entertainment sector expanding its operations to Canada and the US is now seeking to recruit a VIP Team Leader for their team in Canada.

As a VIP Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing and developing a team of VIP Account Managers in the Canadian market. Your goal will be to drive team performance, optimize VIP player engagement, and ensure that daily tasks and long-term objectives are successfully achieved. You will lead by example, implement effective processes, and ensure that your team consistently surpasses monthly targets.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the VIP team to achieve and exceed KPIs and targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to maximize VIP retention, satisfaction, and lifetime value.
  • Manage the daily operations of the VIP team, ensuring smooth workflows and goal alignment.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with high-value players, ensuring exceptional service.
  • Monitor market trends and team performance metrics; act proactively to address opportunities or gaps.
  • Improve existing processes and introduce new strategies to enhance player management.
  • Provide weekly reports on team results, market performance, and key insights.
  • Conduct regular 1:1s, performance reviews, and ongoing coaching sessions with team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to align VIP strategy with company goals.
  • Perform other tasks as required by the Head or Director of the Department.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a VIP role within the iGaming industry is a must.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills and experience as a team lead in a similar background
  • Excellent understanding of VIP player management principles.
  • Strong organizational, time management, and planning abilities.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both team members and high-value players.
  • Solid presentation and reporting skills.
  • Proven track record in team leadership and people management.
  • Strong knowledge of customer behavior, market dynamics, and high-value player needs.
  • Ability to analyze performance data and drive results under pressure.
  • Multilingual candidates (English + French/Spanish/German) will be highly valued.
