Their CRM department plays a crucial role in fostering player engagement, enhancing retention, and delivering personalized strategies. As they continue to expand, they are seeking a CRM Team Lead to oversee their CRM operations in the Swedish market. This role requires a leader who can supervise CRM managers focused on localized, data-driven campaigns that maximize player engagement and drive business success.

This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of CRM strategies, data analytics, and customer engagement. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing CRM teams and leading regional CRM managers to develop customer retention strategies and drive business growth through data-driven decision-making.


Responsibilities:

  • Implement and manage regional CRM strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
  • Improve customer retention, engagement, and loyalty through personalized and targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Leverage CRM data and analytics to identify trends, customer behaviours, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop regional CRM managers, ensuring best practices and performance optimization.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to integrate CRM efforts and enhance customer experience.
  • Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of CRM tools and technologies.
  • Define KPIs, monitor campaign performance, and generate reports to measure the success of CRM initiatives.
  • Customize CRM approaches to fit the cultural and market-specific needs of Swedish market, considering regional preferences and business practices.


Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in CRM management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role managing regional CRM managers within iGaming field.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Adobe Campaign, or similar tools).
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and drive collaborative success.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in customer segmentation, lifecycle management, and personalization strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Fluency in English; native or bilingual level of Swedish language.
