Our client, a fast growing service company operating in the digital marketing sector for the iGaming industry is seeking to recruit a CRM Executive to manage the Turkish speaking market.

We are looking for a passionate and commercially minded CRM Executive to support the growth and retention for the Turkish market. This role is ideal for someone who combines strong campaign execution skills with creativity, attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a genuine affinity for sports and betting.

The CRM Executive will be responsible for planning, localising, coordinating, and executing CRM campaigns across sportsbook and casino, while helping drive player engagement, retention and long-term value.

Responsibilites

  • Plan and execute CRM campaigns for the Turkish market across Sportsbook and Casino.
  • Coordinate and localise campaign content, ensuring all communications are culturally relevant and aligned with the brand tone of voice.
  • Set up and manage bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional mechanics within internal CRM and bonus tools.
  • Build and schedule CRM communications including Email, SMS, Push Notifications, Onsite Messagings, and Promotion Pages.
  • Work closely with Design, Content, CRM Operations, and Market teams to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
  • Analyse campaign performance and customer behaviour, providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement, retention, NGR, and bonus efficiency.
  • Monitor key KPIs including open rates, CTRs, conversion, deposits, turnover, NGR, retention, and bonus-to-GGR ratios.
  • Support segmentation and targeting strategies across different customer lifecycle stages.
  • Assist with campaign QA and ensure all bonuses, communications, and landing pages are correctly configured before launch.
  • Stay up to date with sports events, betting trends, local market behaviour, and competitor activity to help shape relevant campaign ideas.
  • Contribute creative ideas for major sporting events, seasonal campaigns, and ongoing promotional activities.

Requirements

  • Diploma in Marketing or similar
  • 2-3 years of previous experience in CRM, Retention, Campaign Management or similar role within iGaming, Sports Betting or Online Gaming.
  • Strong affinity and interest in sports and sports betting.
  • Knowledge of sportsbook and casino promotional mechanics.
  • Understanding of player segmentation, lifecycle marketing and retention strategies.
  • Native Turkish speaker and strong English communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with high attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing several campaigns simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Optimove, bonus tools, or marketing automation systems is considered and asset.
  • Proactive, creative and commercially aware mindset.
