About the job CRM Manager Danish market

Our client is a digital services provider operating within the iGaming field. Their CRM team is at the core of their growth, driving retention, engagement, and long-term success. As they continue to grow, they are looking for a CRM Manager to focus on the Danish or Swedish speaking market, Youll be the one building campaigns, setting up automations, and crafting engaging content that reaches players across channels. Beyond execution, you will also work on optimizing their current CRM setups and flows, ensuring they constantly improve performance and player experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on creating smooth, high-quality communication and making sure everything is delivered on time, on brand, and in line with compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Execute CRM campaigns across email, SMS, push & in-platform messaging.
  • Write and edit engaging, brand-aligned content with compliance and responsible gaming in mind.
  • Build and manage automated flows & customer journeys.
  • Test and QA campaigns to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Collaborate with the CRM Manager, marketing, and design teams.
  • Support with A/B testing and small optimizations.
  • Ensure compliance and data security by safeguarding customer information, controlling access, and maintaining trust.

Requirements

  • Native-level Danish & strong English
  • 2+ years of CRM experience (iGaming, e-commerce, or digital marketing)
  • Excellent writing skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with regulated communication is a plus
  • Awareness of compliance and data security
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Simplify is a plus)
  • Structured, reliable, and execution-focused team player
  • Passion for the iGaming industry is a plus!
