On behalf of our iGaming Client, we are currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Head of Casino within their Commercial Team. We are looking for a dedicated professional who possesses a passion for the world of casinos, a proven track record of managing casino products, and adept leadership skills to guide our team to success.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute localized casino strategies for Supplier/Games per Country and Brand
  • Create and maintain a roadmap for all casino products and content releases, working with the in-house development team to deliver effective integrations
  • Oversee the rollout of new gaming products/features, leading first-person user acceptance testing
  • Support the Director of Gaming in commercial negotiation and relationship management with third-party suppliers
  • Develop and coordinate promo activities with Content Providers on cost-effective and attractive content localisation
  • Collaborate with CRM to create and set up bonuses and promotional campaigns based on content localization and customer segmentation
  • Implement and maintain a cost-efficient model for game placement with gaming suppliers at the best business terms
  • Work closely with VIP, operations and customer service teams to ensure best practices are standard
  • Implement, monitor and regularly present KPIs transparently, providing actionable insights for key business stakeholders
  • Develop reports and dashboards to provide full visibility on casino activity
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis for content, T&Cs, and bonus policies for several regions and brands
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of practices related to bonus abuse and contribute to the development and execution of strategies to mitigate it
  • Collaborate with the legal team to meet all compliance requirements across all markets
  • Project manage the development of casino-related mechanics around bonuses, gamification and other rewards to optimize player engagement
  • Enhance the 'player journey' in collaboration with the UI/UX team
  • Mentor, manage, and lead the Casino Team

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of games, providers, industry trends, and iGaming ecosystems, with a focus on player dynamics.
  • Demonstrated success as an online Head of Casino.
  • Experience managing multi-brands and navigating diverse markets, including regulated and pre-regulated.
  • Knowledge of brand launch processes, technical integration procedures, and the configuration and setup of casino contents.
  • Proficiency in implementing industry best practices with a keen eye on ROI and identifying player behaviour patterns.
  • Familiarity with casino financial processes and reconciliation procedures.
  • Proven track record in negotiating commercial contracts with third-party vendors and content suppliers.
  • Knowledge of player behaviour analysis, segmentation techniques, and CRM strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, organisational, teamwork, and interpersonal abilities.
