Position: Construction Project Coordinator
Trisian-Global Consulting LLC is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator in Houston TX to provide technical and administrative support to the Construction Project Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain project documentation, track action items, and ensure consistent follow-up with vendors and stakeholders.
- Manage communication of project plans, risks, issues, and progress through meetings, reports, and correspondence.
- Assist Project Manager with administrative tasks, including scheduling, project logs, and bid/proposal processes.
- Coordinate and document project meetings, including recording minutes and tracking action items.
- Support project closeout activities and ensure proper control of technical documentation.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelors or Associates Degree (project, construction, or business management preferred)
- A minimum of 2 years of construction management, estimating, or construction administration experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Project)
- Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
- Working knowledge of Construction Management Systems and Construction Document Management Systems
- Strong Organizational and Planning Skills - ability to multi-task in high volume environments
- Exceptional Interpersonal and Communication Skills
