Job Description: Remote Head of Sales


Job Overview

Pay: $2,000 guaranteed, uncapped bonus with projected average bonus $500/month

  • Location: Remote, work from home

  • Hours: East Coast USA time 830AM to 630PM Monday to Friday


Role

  • Oversee a global sales team of 12 + 3 sales operations support

  • Develop and implement sales strategies

  • Maintain efficient and frequent written communication with the CEO


Qualifications

  • Fluent in English

  • Minimum 3 years total experience
    • 1-2 years of sales experience

(including dialing, emailing, messaging, and relationship management).

  • 1-2 years sales manager experience

(involving hiring, training, and managing teams)

  • Excellent proficiency in CRM and task management software

  • Experience managing teams using KPIs

  • Write and review sales scripts with ease

  • Excellent at written documentation

(writing JDs, PIPs, Training manuals, sales scripts, reports to senior management, SOPs and process documentation)
