 Job Description:

Human resources executive 

Job responsibility

  • Responsible for handling the full spectrum of HR duties such as payroll, recruitment, leave management and monitor staff attendance 

  • Responsible for a variety of payroll processing activities including computing wages, bonus, allowances claim and overtime payments, calculating and recording payroll deduction 

  • Execute end to end recruitment activities including sourcing, CV screening, arrangement or interviews, salary negotiation and onboarding of candidates. 

  • Actively source for candidates via multiple channels such as job portal advertising, referrals, networking and headhunting services

  • To prepare and document terminations, promotion, grievances, attendance and leave record, performance reports and compensation and benefits information, etc

  • To handle employees’ grievances and disciplinary issue if any

  • Assis to organize corporate events such as monthly birthday celebration, quarterly team building, sport club activities, and annual dinner

  • To undertake any and all others duties and responsibilities assigned by superior 


Requirements

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/ Advanced/ Higher/ Graduates Diploma in any field

  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for the position 

  • Require skills: recruitment, payroll, time & attendance

  • Candidates fluent in mandarin preferred as the role requires the candidate to deal with a mandarin speaking colleague and superior 

  • Comfortable meeting people with excellent interpersonal skill ability to communicate with all level of people

  • Team player and able to work independently with minimum supervision

  • Practice, resourceful, and able to work under pressure.
