About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Android Engineer to join our team at Trideca in Melbourne on a hybrid basis. 

In this role, you will:
Build and maintain high-quality Android features using Jetpack Compose and MVVM/MVI architecture patterns
Contribute to and maintain a modularised codebase, ensuring scalability and clean code practices
Write unit tests and participate in code reviews to maintain code quality standards
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and backend teams to deliver end-to-end solutions
Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) processes and work closely with QA teams

Essential Requirements
Strong experience with Jetpack Compose
Proficiency with Kotlin Coroutines and Flow
Solid understanding of MVVM/MVI architecture patterns
Experience with Clean Architecture principles
Familiarity with modularisation of Android codebases
Experience writing and maintaining unit tests

Nice to Have
Familiarity with OAuth/OIDC authentication flows
Experience integrating with AEM/CMS platforms
Experience working in large-scale Agile enterprise environments
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for mobile development
