About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Hybrid Business Analyst & Product Manager to drive the development and enhancement of our platform-based solutions. This role combines strategic analysis with hands-on product management, ensuring that our offerings meet market demands while delivering exceptional value to our users. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable product features.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into functional specifications and user stories
  • Product Roadmap: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, prioritizing features based on business impact, user feedback, and market trends.
  • Market Research: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and threats, informing product strategy and positioning.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on product vision and delivery timelines.
  • User Experience: Advocate for user-centric design principles, conducting user testing and gathering feedback to enhance the overall user experience.
  • Performance Metrics: Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, analyzing data to make informed decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Agile Methodologies: Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, retrospectives) to ensure efficient development cycles and clear communication among teams.
  • Stakeholder Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on product status, roadblocks, and upcoming features, fostering transparency and collaboration.


Essential Requirements

The successful candidate will have; 

  • Minimum of 5 years experience: 5+ years of experience in a business analyst and/or product management role, preferably in a technology or platform-based company.
  • Experience working in a dynamic environment, ideally with Greenfield or start-up experience. 
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with platform technologies, software development processes, and Agile methodologies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to various audiences.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • User-Centric Focus: Experience in user experience design and testing methodologies is a plus.
