About the roleWe are looking for an innovative and experienced Data Scientist specializing in Artificial Intelligence (AI) to join our team. In this role, you will leverage data-driven insights and advanced AI techniques to build predictive models, enhance machine learning algorithms, and drive impactful business decisions. You will work with large datasets, design AI systems, and apply cutting-edge algorithms to solve complex challenges across various domains. Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and deploy AI and machine learning models for a variety of business applications, including predictive analytics, natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, recommendation systems, and time-series forecasting.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Perform data cleaning, transformation, and feature engineering to prepare data for AI model development.
• Apply advanced AI algorithms and methods such as deep learning, reinforcement learning, neural networks, and unsupervised learning to solve business challenges and improve model performance.
• Evaluate model performance through metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score. Optimize models for scalability, performance, and efficiency.
• Work closely with data engineers, software developers, product managers, and business analysts to integrate AI solutions into products and services, ensuring smooth deployment and alignment with business goals.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and advancements in AI, machine learning, and data science. Apply new research findings to develop cutting-edge solutions and enhance existing systems.
• Implement AI solutions into production environments and ensure that models are scalable, maintainable, and efficient. Manage model lifecycles, including retraining and continuous improvement.
• Communicate findings, insights, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Present complex AI concepts and results in an accessible and actionable format.
• Ensure AI models are developed with an ethical framework, addressing fairness, transparency, and accountability to minimize bias and discrimination in decision-making processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java.
• Expertise in AI and machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Scikit-learn, etc.).
• In-depth knowledge of machine learning techniques (supervised and unsupervised learning), deep learning, reinforcement learning, and AI-specific methods.
• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) for model training and deployment.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Matplotlib, Seaborn) and data manipulation libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
• Strong understanding of linear algebra, calculus, probability, and statistics applied to machine learning algorithms.
• Ability to derive insights from large, complex datasets and identify patterns that contribute to business goals.
• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to design and implement effective AI solutions to complex challenges.
• Ability to translate business requirements into AI models and interpret model results in the context of business needs.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and present data-driven insights.
• Experience with natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, or reinforcement learning.
• Familiarity with deep learning techniques (CNNs, RNNs, GANs) and AI research trends.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git and familiarity with Agile development practices.
• Experience in deploying AI solutions to production environments and managing model monitoring and retraining.
• Knowledge of ethical AI, fairness, and bias mitigation techniques.
