About the role
We are seeking a skilled Solution Architect with expertise in Web 3.0, crypto, blockchain, and platform architecture to drive the design and implementation of innovative decentralized solutions. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable, secure, and user-friendly applications that leverage cutting-edge technologies.

Key Responsibilities include: 

• Architectural Design: Lead the design and implementation of blockchain-based solutions and decentralized applications (dApps) that meet business requirements.
• Technology Evaluation: Assess and recommend appropriate blockchain platforms (e.g., Ethereum, Hyperledger, Solana) and technologies for specific project needs.
• Integration: Develop strategies for integrating blockchain solutions with existing systems and third-party services, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability.
• Security Best Practices: Implement security measures to safeguard sensitive data and protect against vulnerabilities unique to blockchain technologies.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and UX/UI designers to ensure solutions are user-centric and aligned with overall business strategy.
• Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive architectural documentation, including design patterns, system architectures, and implementation guides.
• Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams on best practices for blockchain development and Web 3.0 principles.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders, fostering an understanding of the value and potential of blockchain technology

Essential Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of experience in software architecture, with a strong focus on blockchain, crypto, and Web 3.0 technologies.
• Technical Skills:
  • Proficient in blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and decentralized application frameworks.
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as Solidity, Rust, or Go.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, etc.) and microservices architecture.
  • Knowledge of Cryptography: Understanding of cryptographic principles and their application in blockchain technologies.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to tackling technical challenges.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in blockchain or cloud architecture (e.g., Certified Blockchain Professional, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are a plus.
