About the role
We are seeking a talented and versatile Full-Stack Developer to join our development team. In this role, you will work on both the front-end and back-end of web applications, designing and developing scalable and efficient systems. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement innovative features, and ensure the performance, security, and usability of applications. Key Responsibilities:

• Full-Stack Development: Develop, test, and deploy web applications across both front-end and back-end, ensuring smooth integration and functionality.
• Front-End Development: Create dynamic, responsive user interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) along with HTML5, CSS3, and other front-end technologies.
• Back-End Development: Build robust and scalable server-side applications using programming languages like Node.js, Python, Java, or Ruby, and integrate them with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB.
• API Development: Design and implement RESTful APIs and integrate third-party services and APIs to enhance application functionality.
• Database Management: Collaborate with database administrators to manage and optimize databases, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Security & Authentication: Implement security best practices to protect applications from vulnerabilities, including user authentication and authorization protocols (OAuth, JWT, etc.).
• Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks, ensuring web applications are fast, responsive, and scalable.
• Collaboration & Code Reviews: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, product managers, and other developers, to deliver high-quality solutions. Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge-sharing.
• Testing & Debugging: Write unit tests and integration tests to ensure code quality and application reliability. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across the full technology stack.
• Continuous Learning & Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies. Continuously improve development processes and practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure for application hosting and deployment.
• Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and orchestration tools like Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with DevOps principles and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools like Jira or Trello
• Proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern front-end frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Strong back-end development skills in languages like Node.js, Python, Ruby, or Java, and frameworks such as Express.js, Django, or Spring Boot.
• Experience working with databases (SQL, NoSQL) and understanding of database design and optimization.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git, and experience working with GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
• Understanding of web security principles and experience in implementing secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to optimize web applications for performance and scalability.
• Ability to design and implement technical solutions for complex challenges.
• Experience writing unit tests, integration tests, and working with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Jasmine).
• Knowledge of debugging tools and techniques to identify and resolve issues quickly.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication skills to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
