About the role

Trideca is seeking a skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team and develop innovative, scalable software solutions. In this role, youll collaborate with a cross-functional team, contributing to every stage of the software development life cycle from initial concept through to deployment.

As a Full Stack Developer at Trideca, you should have strong expertise in both front-end and back-end development, be familiar with various coding languages and frameworks, and have experience working with third-party libraries. We' are looking for a collaborative team player with an eye for visual design.

Specifically, this role will be responsible for; 

  • Working with development teams and product managers to ideate software solutions
  • Designing client-side and server-side architecture
  • Building the front-end of applications through appealing visual design
  • Developing and managing well-functioning databases and applications
  • Writing effective APIs
  • Testing software to ensure responsiveness and efficiency
  • Troubleshooting debugging and upgrading software
  • Creating security and data protection settings
  • Building features and applications with a mobile responsive design
  • Writing technical documentation
  • Working with data scientists and analysts to improve software

Essential Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Full Stack Developer (Experience with .Net/Azure will be highly regarded) 
  • Extensive experience working across Azure suite
  • Experience developing desktop and mobile applications
  • Knowledge of multiple front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/ CSS, JavaScript, XML, jQuery)
  • Knowledge of multiple back-end languages (e.g. C#, Java, Python) and JavaScript frameworks (e.g. Angular, React, Node.js)
  • Familiarity with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache) and UI/UX design
  • Great attention to detail
  • Degree in Computer Science, Statistics or relevant field
  • Must be located in Melbourne and willing to travel to office (Melbourne CBD ) 5 days p/week.
