About the role

Trideca is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support large, complex transformation initiatives within the financial space. This is a business-facing BA role focused on end-to-end delivery, stakeholder engagement, and high-quality requirements definition.

The ideal candidate will bring strong business acumen, excellent facilitation skills, and experience working across enterprise-scale programs in banking or financial services 3with specific experience working in Payment Transformation projects. 

You will be responsible for;

• Leading and facilitating stakeholder workshops to define scope, outcomes, and business requirements
• Eliciting, analyzing, and documenting clear, structured business requirements
• Translating business needs into functional requirements for delivery teams
• Working closely with product, technology, risk, and operations teams across the full delivery lifecycle
• Ensuring requirements align to customer experience outcomes and overall value proposition
• Identifying and managing risks, dependencies, and impacts across business units
• Supporting traceability from business objectives through to delivered outcomes

What we are looking for

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst on large, complex enterprise programs
• End-to-end transformation experience (discovery through to implementation)
• Strong workshop facilitation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in banking, financial services, or other regulated environments
• Ability to balance customer experience considerations with risk and compliance
• Experience working across Payment Transformation projects within a financial environment.
