Role Overview: As a Sales Assistant, you'll play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers. Your friendly demeanour, product knowledge, and commitment to excellent service will contribute to our stores success.

Responsibilities:

• Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers, helping them find the perfect outdoor gear for their needs.
• Product Knowledge: Learn about our range of products, including clothing, footwear, and accessories, to provide accurate information to customers.
• Sales Support: Work closely with the Store Manager to set up displays, maintain stock levels, and ensure the store is well-organised.
• Cash Handling: Operate the till, process transactions, and handle cash securely.
• Store Maintenance: Keep the store clean and tidy, including restocking shelves and organising merchandise.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment.

Requirements:

• Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Enthusiasm for outdoor activities and a willingness to learn about outdoor gear.
• Flexibility to work weekends and occasional midweek shifts.
