Supply Chain Planning Executive

Job brief

We are currently seeking a Supply Chain Planning Executive, If you possess a passion for it, we’d like to talk to you.

Operational:

Weekly reporting of spending and payable.

Monthly Reporting of Accruals.

Assist in Designing and implementation methods to gather and manage supply chain data.

Foster close working relationships, Coordination and harmony between different sections of the supply chain.

Review and analyze gathered data continuously to identify gaps in the processes and develop methods to improve.

Accurately analyze and collect data for various types of business reports.

Assist in preparing budget and track Supply Chain budget.

Act as a liaison between various stakeholders to bring uniformity in process and documentation.

Perform Data Analysis as per requirement.

Report and Manage Supplier KPIs.

Coordinate with Procurement Managers for supplier evaluations.

Interdepartmental communication on various payment, invoicing, and fund allocation related matters.

Assist in Internal & External Audits and monitor data to ensure that all transactions are in order and aligned with procurement policy.

Assist in operations & documentations of Treet Trading LLC on behalf of Group Supply Chain.

Strategic:

Assist in Periodic reporting of key functional metrics and devise appropriate control strategies.

To strengthen the procurement activities in line with company goals.

Performance Results

Ensuring Compliance with Group Supply chain policy.

On time delivery of requisitions.

Effective communication & coordination with internal stakeholders

Better understanding of data insights

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
  
• 1 to 2+ years of demonstrated experience in relevant field.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
