Deputy Manager Production

Job brief

Treet Battery Limited is looking for a Dy. Manager Production at its Faisalabad Plant (FIEDMC) with relevant experience in same field, we’d like to talk to you.

Key Accountabilities:

• Assist in developing and implementing production schedules to meet customer demands.
• Supervise and lead production staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance.
• Foster a positive work environment and ensure effective communication within the team.
• Implement quality control measures and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
• Manage inventory levels of raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods.
• Monitor production metrics and analyze data to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Work closely with other departments at Plant.
• To meet organizational production goals by developing effective ways to utilize resources (Human, Material or Capital).
• Take responsibility for shift man power management, skill development and roster management.
• Must held highest standards of ethics and build an inclusive culture within his shift.

Requirements

1. B.Sc. Mechanical / Chemical Engineering preferably with 4~5 years of experience in production shift management
2. Ability to lead & engage a high-performance team
3. Be a tech savvy and enjoys learning in digital space
4. Good Problem Solving, Root Cause Analysis and Communication Skills
5. Proficiency in MS Office, Auto cad and other value-added computer tools
6. Must have certification of TPM / Lean Six Sigma
