Sales Officer-Modern Trade (Northern Region)

Job brief

We are currently seeking a Sales Officer-Modern Trade covering (Rawalpindi, Peshawar, Islamabad) to Plan sale of company range of products as per stated objectives and agreed targets in the designated zone.

Responsibilities

• Overlook a Team of Sales Representatives and ensure availability and visibility of a complete range of products.
• Assist MTM in developing plan for Key Accounts (IMT -CSD, Imtiaz) channels.
• Operationalize retailer partner programs with key accounts to hit sales targets.
• Act as company representative to implement its policies and solve key accounts problems as and when required.
• Development and execution of merchandising plans for key accounts (IMT- CSD, Imtiaz) in coordination with MTM.
• Maintain cordial relations with al Key Accounts.
• Ensure proper record keeping of company assets placed at different Key Accounts.
• Keep a vigilant eye regarding the opening of new and closing of existing retail outlets.
• Pass on all the vital information pertaining to company's products. progress and competitors activities, to the Sales Managers through proper written reports.
• Carry out key account and other sales related surveys at store level as and when assigned by the management.

Requirements

• Overall relevant Sales experience of minimum 5 years

• Minimum 2 years of Sales experience at City level

• Strong analytical and data analysis skills
• Good MS Office Skills MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word
• Good verbal & written communication
