Operational:

  • Explored new markets through research and participation in worldwide healthcare/medical device exhibitions, contributing to strategic market expansion.
  • Communicated with new and existing customers to foster strong relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Liaised with LCCI, MOFA, and embassies to ensure timely attestation of export documents, adhering to trade regulations.
  • Managed the preparation of export documents, ensuring compliance with customer regulatory requirements, facilitating smooth export processes.
  • Efficiently handled DHL and FedEx accounts, coordinating sample and document pickups, optimizing logistical operations.
  • Contributing in cold emailing strategies to identify and acquire new customers, leads to business development.

Strategic Approach:

  1. Market Research: Identify potential markets and analyze competitors.
  2. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product registration in target markets.
  3. Exhibition Participation: Showcase products at international healthcare exhibitions.
  4. Digital Marketing: Enhance online presence and leverage targeted advertising.
  5. Strategic Partnerships: Establish local distribution networks.
  6. Customer Support: Provide comprehensive after-sales service.

Developmental:

  1. Market Intelligence: Continuously gather insights on emerging trends and competitor strategies in the global hemodialysis market.
  2. Operational Efficiency: Analyze current export processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement, such as streamlining documentation or logistics.
  3. Collaboration and Implementation: Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, regulatory) and external suppliers to implement policies.
