- Liaised with LCCI, MOFA, and embassies to ensure timely attestation of export documents, adhering to trade regulations.
- Managed the preparation of export documents, ensuring compliance with customer regulatory requirements, facilitating smooth export processes.
- Efficiently handled DHL and FedEx accounts, coordinating sample and document pickups, optimizing logistical operations.
- Contributing in cold emailing strategies to identify and acquire new customers, leads to business development.
Strategic Approach:
- Market Research: Identify potential markets and analyze competitors.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure product registration in target markets.
- Exhibition Participation: Showcase products at international healthcare exhibitions.
