General Requirements
- Diploma in Marketing and/or experience working within an industry related to healthcare
- Experience in pharmaceutical sales is preferred
- Excellent communication, organization and analytical skills
- Ability to build and maintain partner relationships
- Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at the same time
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Flexibility to travel outside Male for events
Job Specification
- Field Marketing/Sales visits to Corporates, Resorts, Public Sector, and any other relevant stakeholder
- Devise Corporate marketing plan including community / island outreach programs
- Lead the planning, budget, execution and follow up for all field marketing events and health camps, at and outside TTH
- Act as a primary contact to address questions and inquiries regarding corporate marketing services
- Recommend innovative and creative marketing approaches for revenue growth
- Monitor field marketing programs regularly to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness
- Keep updated on industry trends, competition, and new opportunities
- Identifies, initiates a dialogue and partners with local cross-promotional business opportunities
- Collaborate with partners and campaign managers ensuring coordination between digital, content and field campaigns
- Report weekly/monthly on the status of field marketing
- Support all company initiatives, give actionable feedback, share best practices and serve as advocate and information source for company
- Negotiate with third-party vendors on promotional display and merchandise placement.
- Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
