MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS EXECUTIVE

General Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Graphic Design or relevant discipline and/or
• more than 2 years experience in similar field preferred
• Excellent skills with design software, primarily the Abode Creative Suite
• (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe InDesign)
• Familiarity with social media and web analytics (e.g. WebTrends)
• Proficient in MS Office and Marketing Software (e.g. CRM)
• Excellent communication skills in English and Dhivehi
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities, creativity and commercial awareness

Job Specification

• Assist to maintain branding guidelines in corporate content and communication
• Assist to develop creative artworks for doctors promotions, Specialty promotions and services promotions
• Assist in the development of animated content / video content in terms of promoting Tree Top Hospitals doctors, specialties, products and services
• Design 360* marketing campaigns to promote specialties
• End to end execution of branding and marketing elements, including digital and physical branding.
• Support in the photography / videography for both internal as well as external events
• Social Media uploading of Posts and the overall management of Social Media; including promotions, tracking of key social media metrics to drive conversions and brand recognition.
• Assist to manage and oversee all digital marketing channels (social media, website, etc.), including SEO strategy and execution
• Stay updated of industry trends and implement best practices
• Assist and support all functions of Business Development and Marketing
