Job Specification
- Facilitate onboarding process for new hires
- Enters new hire details on the day of on boarding through HR database with accuracy
- Conducts onboarding presentation about the company, its policies and procedures
- Ensures that probation of new employees is done on time
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data
- Handles employee queries and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture
- Prepares employment letter and other correspondences upon employees request
- Promotes confidentiality at all times
- Provides effective and efficient administrative support system to other departments
