Job Specification

  • Facilitate onboarding process for new hires
  • Enters new hire details on the day of on boarding through HR database with accuracy
  • Conducts onboarding presentation about the company, its policies and procedures
  • Ensures that probation of new employees is done on time
  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee data
  • Handles employee queries and promoting a positive and productive workplace culture
  • Prepares employment letter and other correspondences upon employees request
  • Promotes confidentiality at all times
  • Provides effective and efficient administrative support system to other departments
