General Requirements

  • Board Certified / Unencumbered License or registration from home country
  • Minimum Post Graduate Specialist Degree in Urology
  • Minimum 2 years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities
  • Additional Fellowship/ Boards preferred
  • Adaptable and able to work in a multicultural team
  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in English

Job Specification

  • Respond to patients medical problems by reviewing their history, physical examination and investigations, reaching to a probable diagnosis, appropriate evidence based treatment, counseling and referral where necessary
  • Examining, diagnosing and treating patient conditions and disorders of the genitourinary organs and tracts
  • Assess pediatric and female urological cases
  • Documenting and reviewing patients' histories
  • Ordering, performing, and interpreting diagnostic tests using specialized equipment, such as X-rays, fluoroscopes, and endoscopes
  • Performing abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when necessary
  • Treating lower urinary tract dysfunctions
  • Prescribing and administering antibiotics, antiseptics, or compresses to treat infections or injuries
  • Prescribing medications for patients with erectile dysfunction, infertility, or ejaculation problems
