WARD ASSISTANT

Job Specification

• Assistant on nursing care units; overall duty assisting nursing & hospital staff, in all services related to patient care.
• Assist nursing and clinical staff to transport patients within the hospital.
• Transport of lab samples, whenever required.
• Assist with the collection and delivering of unit stocks from stores.
• Maintain cleanliness of ward/clinical area as allocated.
• Assist with other non-clinical tasks of the respective ward/area.

General Requirements

• Completed 7th standard minimum. Any additional education an advantage.
• Experience in hospital or in any service related field.
• Basic English communication skills
• Physically fit
• Team oriented
