ASSISTANT CHIEF REHABILITATIVE THERAPIST

General Requirements

• Masters degree in Physiotherapy or Occupational Therapy or Speech Therapy
• Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field
• Registered at a Licensing Authority
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural team
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skills

Job Specification

• Assessment, plan, treatment and follow-up on guests as prescribed by the doctors
• Clinical documentation and liaise with medical practitioners on guest progress
• Help guests and their families to cope with the recovery process
• Keep up to date guest records detailing all therapy provided
• Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times
• Develop a culture of high quality, safety, efficiency and efficacy of patient care
• Assist HOD on day to day operations, monthly roster preparation, issue expense report, store & consumable auditing, meal count, clinical quality indicator documents, census report and clinical statistics report
• Assist HOD on other assigned works as per need from time to time
