General Requirements
- Diploma in ACCA/ Degree in Accounting or other equivalent qualification
- Minimum 3-5 years work experience in relevant area

Job Specification
- Carry out day-to-day operations of Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting
- Accurate and timely recording of transactions Bookkeeping
- Assist to develop, implement, and maintain system, procedures and policies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
- Keep track of payments relating to fixed asset acquisition and maintenance of the company
- Keep track of the contracts and agreements related to fixed assets of the company
- Keep track of funds and prepare daily/monthly fund summary
- Verification and posting of transactions
- Establish, maintain, and reconcile general ledger
- Carry out month end and year-end procedures
- Maintain and update records and information in the accounting system and carry out system reconciliation
- Assist to prepare analysis, interpret, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and information
- Assist in preparing financial budget, reports as required
- Assist with the annual audit
- Maintain financial files and records
- Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD from time to time
