Job Specification

  • Carry out day-to-day operations of Fixed Assets and Financial Reporting
  • Accurate and timely recording of transactions Bookkeeping
  • Assist to develop, implement, and maintain system, procedures and policies, and ensure adherence to company guidelines.
  • Keep track of payments relating to fixed asset acquisition and maintenance of the company
  • Keep track of the contracts and agreements related to fixed assets of the company
  • Keep track of funds and prepare daily/monthly fund summary
  • Verification and posting of transactions
  • Establish, maintain, and reconcile general ledger
  • Carry out month end and year-end procedures
  • Maintain and update records and information in the accounting system and carry out system reconciliation
  • Assist to prepare analysis, interpret, and maintain accurate financial statements, reports, and information
  • Assist in preparing financial budget, reports as required
  • Assist with the annual audit
  • Maintain financial files and records
  • Any other additional responsibilities assigned by the HOD from time to time
