General Requirements

  • Masters Degree in health care administration or relevant field
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in the field of healthcare quality assurance
  • Experience in healthcare accreditation, JCI and KPI data analytics
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Computer skills etc.

Job Specification

  • Achieves quality assurance operational objectives by contributing information and analysis to strategic plans and reviews; preparing and completing action plans for quality improvement; implementing KPI standards, productivity, quality, and guest-service standards; identifying and resolving problems; determining system improvements; implementing change
  • Maintains and improves service quality by completing service, company compliance, and investigating guest complaints
  • Develops quality assurance plans, identifying performance indicating measures; establishing critical limits, monitoring procedures, corrective actions, and verification procedures; monitoring inventories.
  • Validates quality processes by audit and inspection. Writing and updating quality assurance Manuals
  • Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes deviations and incidents
  • Reviews and evaluates all services including infection control, patient safety, environmental health and safety, evaluation of medical care and risk management
