General Requirements

  • Completed GCE O Level
  • Minimum 1 to 2 years relevant work experience
  • Maldivians preferred

Job Specification

  • Ensure that the cleaning schedule created for the kitchen is maintained and adhered to.
  • Soak, pre-wash, wash, sort and store all food & beverage operating equipment properly and according to the standards set by the Chief Steward.
  • Distribute all clean equipment to the designated shelving.
  • Keep dishwashing machine in a clean and functional state ad report any apparent defect to immediate supervisor real time.
  • Keep dishwashing ware, all cleaning equipment, respective pot washing area, refrigerators, and the kitchen area in general tidy and hygienic at all times.
  • Perform other related tasks as assigned by the immediate Supervisor, or by the Executive Chef.
