We are looking for a talented Paid Ads Specialist to join the clients marketing team and help us reach new heights through data-driven ad campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and optimize cutting-edge digital campaigns from conception to launch.
• Work cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
• Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
• Define, measure, and evaluate relevant paid media KPIs.
• Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee the day-to-day execution of paid media.
• Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
• Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
• Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and more.
• Monitor campaign performance and metrics (CPC, CPA, CTR, etc.) to ensure maximum ROI.
• Perform A/B testing and adjust campaigns for continuous optimization.
• Manage advertising budgets and provide accurate forecasts and reporting on performance.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Paid Ad Specialist or similar role, with expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other major ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with tracking tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.).
• Excellent analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field is preferred.
• Willing to relocate to Al-Ain
