Our client, a automotive service provider, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Supervisor to oversee the installation of premium automotive services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supervising and ensuring high-quality execution in areas including Carbon Fiber applications, Paint services, Paint Protection Film (PPF) installation, Vinyl Foil Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, Restoration, and Interior Works.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the daily operations of the installation team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Coordinate and oversee the installation processes for Carbon Fiber, Paint, PPF, Vinyl Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, Restoration, and Interior projects.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Train and mentor technicians, ensuring adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical advice.
• Monitor project timelines and allocate resources efficiently.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspace to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Carbon Fiber, Paint, PPF, Vinyl Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, Restoration, and Interior Works.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
