Service Supervisor Automotive

Our client, a leading automotive service provider, is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Service Supervisor to oversee the installation and delivery of premium automotive services. This role requires a strong leader with a technical background, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for delivering top-notch service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily operations of the installation team, ensuring work is completed to the highest standards.
• Oversee installation processes for Carbon Fiber applications, Paint services, Paint Protection Film (PPF), Vinyl Foil Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, Restoration, and Interior Works.
• Inspect completed work to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
• Train and mentor technicians, fostering adherence to best practices and safety protocols.
• Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, provide technical advice, and ensure satisfaction.
• Manage inventory, ensuring tools, materials, and equipment are adequately stocked and maintained.
• Handle customer inquiries professionally, addressing concerns and providing solutions promptly.
• Monitor project timelines, allocate resources effectively, and ensure service targets are met.
• Ensure a clean and efficient workspace, maintaining compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the automotive industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of Carbon Fiber, Paint, PPF, Vinyl Wrapping, Ceramic Coating, Restoration, and Interior Works.
• Proven experience managing inventory and resolving customer inquiries.
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Proficiency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
