As we expand, were looking for a motivated Part-Time Remote Recruiter to join our team and help us connect top talent with exciting opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Source, screen, and assess candidates using online platforms, social media, and other recruitment tools.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job postings to offer negotiation.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and identify the best candidates.
  • Utilize job boards, databases, and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn, MANATAL ATS) to attract top talent.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
  • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to team leaders.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in online recruitment.

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably in online or remote recruiting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of online recruitment platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (MANATAL experience is a plus).
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Experience recruiting in industries such as Automotive, Healthcare, IT, or Hospitality is an advantage.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, with a focus on agency recruiting preferred.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills (e.g., Tagalog) are a plus.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Preferred: Candidates with their own UAE visa.
