Role Summary

Manages all customer communication for a premium car care shop, including WhatsApp follow‑ups, outbound calls, scheduling, and CRM updates. Supports sales growth by maintaining strong relationships and ensuring smooth daily workflow.

Core Responsibilities

  • Call customers for follow‑ups, confirmations, reminders, and upsells.
  • Manage WhatsApp communication with fast responses and a professional tone.
  • Handle daily booking and scheduling for detailing, tinting, PPF, and related services.
  • Maintain a simple CRM pipeline: leads, follow‑ups, job status, and customer history.
  • Support sales by explaining services, packages, and add-ons clearly.
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth job flow and accurate timing.

Required Skills

  • Strong communication on calls + WhatsApp.
  • Consistent follow‑up discipline and customer handling.
  • Ability to manage schedules and time slots efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of car care services or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Organized, reliable, and comfortable in a fast‑paced shop environment.
  • Previous experience in a car care / detailing / tinting / automotive service shop.Existing client base or personal network in the automotive community (advantage).
  • Familiarity with CRM or lead‑tracking tools.
