Remedial Associate

1.  The Remedial Associate is responsible for monitoring and managing the assigned loan accounts portfolio by initiating collection, remedial, and loan recovery activities to ensure that the loan clients can catch up on payments.

2.  The Remedial Associate assists loan clients develop a payment plan to help pay off overdue loan amounts while maximizing collections and minimizing delinquent accounts. He/she shall gather credit and financial information to understand and assess the payment capacity of delinquent accounts.

3.  The Remedial Associate is responsible for the preparation and recommendation of a restructuring or payment workout scheme for delinquent accounts. He/she shall work closely with the credit team and field recovery team in achieving department goals and targets.
