JOB SUMMARY / SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. The Customer Service Officer is generally tasked to ensure that all policies, guidelines, procedures and internal controls set by the management and other regulatory bodies are complied with and undertaken by the department.

2. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for the effective and efficient customer service relative to handling of new/existing accounts and its documentations, cross selling of other deposit products and services of the Bank, attends to customer inquiries and complaints. This position represents a team player in improving and developing existing Client relations to increase deposit generation; adhere that the branch operations do not have any deviations as far as the Bank's policies and procedures are concerned.

3. The Customer Service Officer shall ensure adherence to existing internal control procedures while maintaining the highest quality of service.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

A. Management:

1. Performs related tasks areas of branch operations such as cash custodianship, tellering, handling of new accounts functions and with bookkeeping.

2. Ensures that the bank branch complies with all Bank policies and procedures as well as BSP and all other applicable government rules and regulations;

3. Handles proper documentation of all accounts opening subject for approval of the BBH.

4. Monitors closed and dormant accounts for review of the BBH.

5. lmplements service standards set by the Management.6. Performs other related tasks as may be assigned by immediate superiors from time to time.
