About the job Fund Management Specialist

Primary task is to assist the Fund Management Officer in the performance of the function relative to external and internal financial transactions. Thus, ensuring that all reports (hard and soft copy) for Fund Management Department are compiled properly for documentation and reporting purposes. Prepares check requests, monthly schedule monitoring, accrual entries, debit advises, fund transfers, and other tasks assigned by immediate superior.

Qualifications:

Preferably with 2-3 years experience in the banking industry particularly in operations and accounting (check preparation and entries), and treasury functions.

Must have excellent record in achieving target goals and deadlines. Equipped with analytical skills, and must be organized. Keen observer to details, strict and knowledgeable. 

will act as a Reliever when the Disbursement Officer is on leave, can work well under pressure.
