Branch Operations and Review Officer - Taytay

Perform a review function that will ensure a strong compliance environment enables minimal (zero) infractions of the bank's policies and procedures, as well as regulatory provisions by building and maintaining full awareness in Branch Banking.

1. Responsible and accountable in ensuring that all customer account opening procedures are followed and all customer information data is entered accurately into the bank's information system. This includes verifying customer information, collecting required documentation, and ensuring that all necessary approvals are obtained.

2. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the branch's cash deposit transaction and deposit system processes to ensure that they are being carried out in accordance with the bank's policies and procedures. This includes identifying any areas where improvements can be made and providing recommendations when necessary.

3. Responsible for reviewing and monitoring the branch's customer records and accountable forms and other bank operation-related matters to ensure that they are being maintained accurately and securely. This includes identifying any areas where improvements can be made and providing recommendations to the branch personnel when necessary.

4. Responsible for managing the branch's reportorial requirements, including preparing and submitting reports to the BOD Head, BSAD unit and BBD Head to ensuring that all reports are accurate and submitted on time, and identifying any areas where improvements can be made.
