Responsibilities include posting across social platforms, responding to comments and messages, and helping guide early conversations with individuals interested in travel planning support. This role emphasizes building trust, clarity, and visibility over time rather than transactional or aggressive sales tactics. Training is provided on travel services, planning workflows, and messaging standards used within the travel industry.
In addition to online engagement, this role involves continuing communication with clients who express interest through social media. You will help answer questions, gather basic trip details, and support the transition from initial inquiry to active travel planning using provided systems and guidance.
The ideal candidate enjoys working online, communicating clearly, and maintaining consistency on social media. Experience with platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, or TikTok is helpful but not required. Prior travel industry experience is not necessary, as learning resources and ongoing guidance are provided.
