In this role, you'll work with travel details from the planning stage through departure. One day you may be researching accommodations and destination options; the next, organizing confirmations, updating an itinerary, or following up on an important reservation. If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and helping people, this could be a great fit.
No previous travel industry experience is required. We'll provide training, resources, and ongoing support to help you learn the role.
A Typical Day May Include
- Helping clients organize flights, hotels, cruises, resorts, and vacation packages.
- Researching destinations, accommodations, activities, and available travel options.
- Gathering client preferences and helping match them with suitable options.
- Keeping reservations, confirmations, and itineraries organized.
- Monitoring upcoming trips and following up on missing details.
- Assisting with changes, updates, and questions along the way.
- Reviewing travel information before departure to help ensure everything is ready.
- Maintaining accurate client and booking records.
