Key Responsibilities:
- Support and manage travel booking workflows from initial request through confirmation
- Coordinate travel arrangements including accommodations, transportation, and activities
- Organize client information, itineraries, and booking details within internal systems
- Monitor and track workflow progress to ensure timelines and deadlines are met
- Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates as needed
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all details are properly documented
- Assist in improving workflow efficiency and organization of processes
